Stove pipes are used as a sort of 'barrier' between your appliance and flue system; they fit directly into the spigot of your appliances and join to flex, or other systems, using the relevant adaptor.
Minimum distance to combustibles is equal to three times the internal diameter of your pipe (a 5 inch pipe should be a minimum distance of 15 inches from combustible materials) and your stove pipe should be at least 600mm in length according to recommendations from the BFCMA.
We offer three different styles of connecting pipe; Euro-Vit, MI-Vit and 1mm Stainless Steel pipe.
Euro-Vit Our Euro-Vit range comes in a matt black vitreous enamel finish, can withstand very high temperatures and is 'friction-fitted' - meaning that the components simply push into one another and are sealed with fire cement.
MI-Vit Our MI-Vit range is structurally and operationally very similar to our Euro-Vit range but comes in a beautiful gloss black vitreous enamel finish. As with our matt black (Euro-Vit) pipe, our gloss pipes can withstand very high temperatures without discolouration.
1mm Stainless Steel Pipe This stove pipe is manufactured from 1mm thick 316-grade stainless steel and can withstand very high temperatures; after installation, these parts can be sprayed with high-temperature spray paint to match the appliance.
